Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for the purchase made with us. We hope you are happy and glad about the purchase. We do not accept Refunds / Returns for change of mind or for any other circumstances. However, if you find any malfunction or faults with your purchased product, you may return it to us for an exchange. Please refer below for more detailed information on our return policy.
Exchange Process
To return an item, please email/contact our customer service at support@electropro.lk or +94777719114. We will guide you on how to make your returns accordingly. If you are returning via courier service, Place the item securely in its original packaging and kindly enclose the purchase Invoice from Electro Pro LK, and mail your return to the following address mentioned below by stating the details accordingly:

Please bear in mind that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges as we do not hold any control of return shipping charges. We strongly suggest that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process ahead with the exchange. Please do note that it could take up at least 14 working days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange.
Exceptions
Please do strictly take into consideration that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Discounted Products
- Non- Warranty Products
- Tempered Glass, Phone Covers and Watch Straps.
